End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

AI Video Generator hereby grants you a PERSONAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, REVOCABLE license to install and use the AI Video Generator application (the "Software") on your compatible devices, strictly in accordance with these terms.

2. Generated Content Ownership

When you generate videos using our AI-powered production modules:

• You own the copyright to the final edited video output generated from your own uploaded media and text prompts.
• You agree to grant AI Video Generator a limited license to process and transmit the generated content ONLY as necessary to provide and optimize the generation service for you.

3. Prohibited Uses

Under this license, you SHALL NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our video synthesis models or AI motion engines.
• Bypass any technical measures we use to provide services or prevent unauthorized access.

4. Modification and Updates

AI Video Generator may provide mandatory updates to the app to improve AI accuracy, introduce new cinematic styles, or fix security vulnerabilities. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Video Generator be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to inaccuracies in video representation or errors in motion synthesis.

6. Termination of Agreement

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or AI Video Generator. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in your possession.
