3. AI Processing Limitations

You acknowledge that:

• The AI may not perfectly interpret complex prompts or source media details.
• Motion artifacts and lighting inconsistencies may occur in the generated video output.
• The video provided is a digital generation and its accuracy is subject to the limitations of current generative models.

4. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading media or prompts that contain:

• Personally identifiable information of third parties without consent.
• Illegal, offensive, or sexually explicit material.
• Deepfakes or non-consensual likenesses of real individuals.

5. Subscription & Credits

Access to advanced AI features may require a subscription or the purchase of processing credits. All sales are final, and refunds are subject to our refund policy as outlined in the mobile application store terms.

6. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of AI Video Generator at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes that affect your stored data or active subscriptions.
